2 Months...

Things I’ve Learned:

• People don’t like to make eye contact while riding the Metro, let alone talk to you
• Always carry an Umbrella
• Your Smartrip Card is just as important as your Visa Card
• Tourists can always use help with Directions
• I need to find an Air Conditioned Bra, because this HUMIDITY is a treat

It’s been a short 2 months that’s for sure.. My new Job isn’t kickin my butt anymore with having to be on my feet for 8+ hours a day. Everyone has been real helpful with any questions I’ve had about the area. I’ve had a blast meeting lots of new people here in DC.

Being away from my family has been easier then I thought.. Thank you Technology! Well here’s to another month in DC and let’s see what July Brings!!!
