How Does a Mexican Work an iPhone?

So finally my contract was up for renewal, and I’ve been waiting for this day for awhile. Yeah the day I finally can go pick me up an iPhone. Well I got it! I made the gal put the screen protector on right when she opened it, and she even put the nifty rubber condom feeling case on it as well.

I got home after work that day, and started loading up all my bookmarks, updating emails etc. I finally was ready to sync my iPhone to iTunes and that’s when things went downhill. I tried & tried, and did all the apple troubleshooting and got no where.

This is where my love/hate relationship started with this condom case feelin iPhone of mine. What’s next? Call Applecare of course<—Yup purchased the $99 Package which included the

Applecare + Charger + Case (There’s always extras, and I always buy them) Damn I’m a sucker I know..

Step 1. Call AppleCare Phone Number

Step 2. Have your iPhone box w/ the serial number on it

Tech: “Mam what is your problem?”

Me: “My iPhone won’t sync w/ my iTunes, and I’ve done all the troubleshooting from the web they suggested. I also downloaded the new iTunes again, and it still hasn’t worked”

Tech: “M’am Did you try other USB ports?”

Me: “Yes I tried all 3 USB Ports, and it still didn’t work”

Tech: “So what you’re telling me is you tried all 3 USB Ports?”

Me: “Umm Yeah” (at this point it was 15 min into the conversation)

Tech: “Well M’am I can set you up an Appointment with the Apple Store”

Me: “Ok, I just need to go to one that opens before 10 a.m, I work then.”

Tech: “Ok I have a store open now, it’s at MacLive on Overland Rd. How long will it take you to get there?”

Me: “Um what city is that located near?”

Tech: “Boise ID M’am, are you near there?”

Me: “Oh totally!, it’s only 340 miles M’am”

That call ended fast, I finally decided that I’m just taking the phone back to the At&t Store this weekend to exchange it. It’ll be less than a 4 hour and 49 minute drive for sure!

Thanks Apple Tech 😉 I guess when I verified that I lived in Utah, I was just being CrAzY…
